Dearest Sue....Yes...The best days of my life are the best days simply because I was aware of the small, beautiful gifts filling my heart with joy and a certain sweetness. I realize all of this comes to me because of my awareness and when I wake up with the thought of gratitude for another "best day ever" this sets the tone or the stage so to speak for my awareness..then I catch all of the sweet nuances of life....smiles, possibilities...and on and on. An old paradigm might be that one would have to win the lottery for it to be the best day ever. Connecting with you right now brings a best day ever kind of moment Sue! Have a blessed day.

Sometimes it is hard to wake up and feel like "this is the best day ever," because maybe we feel a day like that must look a certain way=like winning the lottery, or finding the love of our life. I think that sometimes when I reflect on the past, I recognize the most ordinary days in the past as "the best ever" because of something as simple as spirit speaking through the words of a friend, a book, a movie line, that sparks a life changing idea. Yet I agree, that waking up with the intention of a great day puts our mind in the positive frame it needs to be to attract those "best ever" moments. Thank you Christine! Sue
